Sizing Guide for halters & headstalls How to measure - Nose: measure around the nose, just below the cheek bone (1-1/2" to 2" up from the corner of the animal's mouth). Headstall (nose band to nose band): measure from nose band around and behind the ears to the same point on the other side, or start at 1-1/2" to 2" up from the corner of the mouth to around and behind the ears to same point on other side. Cheek: measure from just below cheek bone (1-1/2" to 2" up from the corner of the animal's mouth) along cheek to a point just behind the ears and center of the cheeks.
